Double Decker Train is also available from Sarai Rohalla railway station Delhi to Jaipur in the evening. There are many other trains and you can plan as per your convenience.

City Palace jaipur
One of the Royal palaces in Jaipur the City palace is situated in the heart of the walled city. The very first glimpse of the City Palace Complex will give you an idea about the vision and creativity of the founder of Jaipur Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh.
The palace is a blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture and the ex-royal family still lives in a part of the palace.

Moti Dungri and Ganesh Temple Jaipur
There is a small hill named Moti Dungri In the middle of Jaipur. Moti Dungri means pearl hill. It got its name because it looks like a drop of pearl. There is Lord Ganesh Temple located in the Hill along with the exotic palace.

Hawa Mahal Jaipur
Meaning Palace of Winds was built by the poet king Sawai Pratap Singh. Hawa Mahal has become the most well-known landmarks of the Pink City Jaipur and is also its icon.

Nahargarh Fort Jaipur

Amber Palace (Amer Fort Jaipur)
Amer Fort in Jaipur is located around 11 kilometres from Jaipur. Also known as Amber Palace it was the ancient citadel of the ruling Kachwahas of Amber, before the capital was shifted to the plains, the present day Jaipur. 
The Amer Fort in Jaipur was built by Raja Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by Mirja Raja Jai Singh the fort was made in red sand stone and white marble.

How to Make Sohan Halwa of Ajmer – Easy Recipe of Sohan Halwa
Ingredients Required to Prepare Sohan Halwa of Ajmer

1 kg Desi Ghee, 1 kg Corn flour, 1 kg Sugar, 1 Cup of pure milk, 100 grams of Almonds, 100 grams Pistachios, 1 tsp Saffron

The First first step to make Ajmer Sohan Halwa is to Mix the corn flour in one cup of water and keep it for sometime so that it dissolves properly. After it is completely dissolved in water put saffron in water and allow it to dissolve properly.
On the other hand mix 3 cups of water in sugar and boil the content for 5-7 minutes. And then add milk and further boil the content for another 5 minutes.

Then you need to mix the corn flour and saffron mixture to the boiled milk and sugar. Cook the entire mixture on the medium heat. After some time you will see that the mixture is turning little thick. When it becomes thick add oil slowly. Make sure that you are stirring the mixture while you add oil. Continue to stir the mixture until mixture is separated.

Then add some almonds and pistachios as necessary. Keep the prepared mixture inside a greased plate and Keep it for some time to allow cooling. After some time when the mixture is cool then cut it into square pieces. Delicious Sohan Halva of Ajmer is ready to serve

Think of Siberian Cranes and you will remember Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Bharatpur is a small tpwn located in Rajasthan very close to the Taj City Agra, Pink City Jaipur and Holy City of Mathura.  Bharatpur is an ecstasy for the avian world and a treat to the eyes for the visitors who are mostly the nature and bird lovers.

The British Officials used to visit the place for duck shooting resort. However after the Independence the Indian Government in 1956 declared is reserve for birds and later it was upgraded to National Park. UNESCO has listed the sanctuary as a world heritage site.

The Sanctuary is only about 29 sq. km but it has variety of Avian species. There are over 375 species of beautiful birds in Bharatpur Sanctuary and over 132 of them breed inside the Keoladeo Ghana National Park and nearly every year new ones are added to the list.

The highlighting point of the sanctuary is that it attracts birds from other parts of the country and abroad from places like Russia, Europe, Siberia, China and Tibet.

If you are visiting Bharatpur you must be aware of the fact that the vehicles are only permitted upto Shanti Kutir inside the park. However for the convenience of the travelers and tourists the Electra Van of forest department can be engaged in the sanctuary.

But if you are a true nature and bird lover it is always advisable to explore the park is on foot or bicycles which are available on hire. You can also hire a Cycle rickshaws. Please make sure that you do not make big noise and do not litter the place. Please keep the place clean
