6.8 Magnitude Earthquake in North India and Sikkim, Rajasthan felt the tremors of 18th September Earthquake
Rajasthan also felt strong tremors of the Earthquake on 18th September. The epicenter of the Earthquake is at Sikkim where the 6.8 Magnitude earthquake was felt for about 1 and half minute. The epicenter is 64 Kms from Gangtok in Sikkim.
It is too early to tell the damage that has been caused by the earthquake in Sikkim. Though there are unofficial reports of many cracks in the houses of the surronding areas in Sikkim and North Bengal.
