How to fill the Passport Application Form

Read all the instructions carefully before you fill the form. Please note that the Passport Application Form is Machine Readable. You need to take care of few points before filling the passport application form.

1.    You need to use only capital letters in the application form. Please make a note that the particulars that you will give passport application form will be printed in your passport. You need to be very careful and should not make any spelling errors.

2. Applicants must use black/blue ball pen. Pencils and ink pens should not be used at all.
3. In the application form applicants must leave one box blank after each completed word. The words should be written clearly within the box without touching the boundaries.
4. Applicants must adjust the information to fit within the number of given boxes. Kindly avoid writing outside the box.  Do not over write.
5. You should not leave any information incomplete because the incomplete application forms will not be accepted.

Where to Apply for Passport in Rajasthan

You will get the appointment date and time after the Online Passport Registration, the applicants need to take the print outs of the filled application form. Bikaner University was established in the year 2003 under the Bikaner University Act, 2003 which was notified in the Rajasthan Gazzette. The name Bikaner University was changed to Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner in 2008.

From its setting up in 2003, Bikaner University has been instrumental in imparting quality education to the students of Bikaner, near by Districts and from Rajasthan. It is also building up students and preparing them to face the further challenges. Bikaner University is fast growing and as a result today the enrolment in Bikaner University has gone up to about 2 Lakh students. The number of undergraduate and Post graduate colleges affiliated to Bikaner University have also increased.

MGSU Bikaner University is coming up with its own huge campus in the village Shrah Nathania located about 10 km from Bikaner Railway Station on Jaisalmer Road. The fully operational Campus of Bikaner will come soon on the 1127 bighahs of land. The new campus of Bikaner university is partly operational now and presently office of the Vice Chancellor of the University and other administrative offices are working from there.
